HSE&Q

Our Vision

PGS will be the safest places to work in the geophysical industry. To achieve this we must all work together and take personal responsibility for our own safety and that of others.

Our Safety, Health and the Environment are in our own hands. We must live our HSE commitment on a 24/7 basis:

  • Acting in a safe and responsible manner
  • Leading by example and promoting trust
  • Intervening and welcoming intervention from others
  • Stopping any activity we feel is unsafe or where control is being lost
  • Accept responsibility for our actions
  • Contribute to continual improvement

We believe that all accidents are avoidable and our goal is to live our core values and provide a high quality service without harm to people or the environment and be the best performer within our industry.

PGS is committed to managing its business to minimize risk to the health and safety of its employees and any other persons on whom it may impact and minimize the risk of damage or harm to the environment and wildlife.

This commitment is recognized to be in the best interest of all PGS stakeholders and is essential for the long term business success of the organization. Our core values and our HSEQ Policy remain important and integral to our working culture.

Management Commitment

The attitudes and decisions of senior management are critical to achieving a positive health and safety culture within our organisation. We strongly believe that we must all demonstrate HSE commitment and be seen to ‘walk the talk’. Success will develop from a robust working culture where we care for each other, develop our competencies, identify and focus on our weaknesses, manage risk and live our HSE commitment 24/7.
