Description
In 2007 the first 3D seismic surveys were acquired offshore Cyprus and Lebanon. 660 sq.km’s were acquired in Cyprus to cover large Cyprus-Arc deformation folds. Several sub-salt four-way dip closure leads have been identified on the high quality pre-stack time migrated data. Direct hydrocarbon indicators associated with the large anticlines are apparent and indicate that several petroleum systems are active in the area.
