Health: Defined programs to provide an overall healthier working environment coupled with new metrics to assist analysis of occupational illness.
Safety: Continued focus on risk and emphasis on leading indicators. Improvements in defining risks and controls associated with sub-contractors.
Environment: New management framework based on standards such as ISO14001, which will provide an improved mechanism to review objectives and targets related to environmental performance.
Quality: ISO9001 certification in all regional data-processing centers combined with targets aimed at promoting the ‘process approach’ throughout the organization
