Our health and working culture

Our staff is the company's most important asset and therefore receives top managements attention and focus. We depend on a sound and healthy working culture which support our staff's wellbeing and day to day production.

In order to maintain a healthy workforce and manage and support our working culture, we have developed a management system based on OHSAS 18000, which in essence is a risk based methodology. Through risk identification processes we continuously develop our competence and systems which indirectly help us to maintain and develop our health and working culture.
