Our management systems are designed to ensure compliance with the framework and regulations we face in our day to day business. Continuous improvement is a core element, and our monitoring and appraisal programs are an important part of our improvement opportunities. Our improvement processes are influenced by:

  • Customer and stakeholder feedback
  • Internal/External audits
  • Non-conformance reporting
  • Self assessments
  • Network functions and competence environments

PGS has a group of highly educated and experienced auditors, who systematically monitor and appraise our business processes and functions. These audits are planned on an annual basis, and are thoroughly documented and fed back to the process owners to ensure that failures can be corrected and progress can be made. PGS’ Group Leader Team is systematically updated on the outcome of these audits and will every year develop and submit a self assessment to each of the business units. The results from the self assessment will be used for the annual management review, where performance is measured and priorities for the following year are defined.
