PGS Reservoir is a leading player in the emerging outsourcing market for subsurface-asset management. Our geoscientists, reservoir engineers and economists have the technical capability and operations experience to provide the subsurface resources for all your exploration, field development and production needs. From the planning of seismic acquisition, evaluation of a drilling program or managing production optimization, PGS can help extract maximum value from your assets. Our role can involve any or all of the following:

• Provide all subsurface resources for asset management 
• Evaluate and manage all sub-contractors
• Provide the single point-of-client contact 
• Application of creative contract terms to align goals 

A recent example has seen a team of consultants seconded to help manage all sub-surface aspects of the development and production of the Varg field in Norway and to support their exploration efforts.  Our team compiles license round applications, plans in-fill wells, updates reservoir models and optimizes production from the current producing wells. Another recent example is a long term project performed for Mossgas in South Africa.
