At PGS, we put great emphasis on Geophysical QC. We strive to connect everything affecting the acquisition and processing of seismic to its resultant geophysical quality.

With an emphasis upon sophisticated real-time diagnostics, PGS harnesses its full complement of seismic modeling (Nucleus^TM), onboard QC (gAS-VIPER), processing (CubeManager^TM), and visualization (holoSeis^TM) technologies to determine how to achieve optimum data quality.

PGS has innovatively conducted several important 3D and time-lapse 3D (4D) surveys using collaborative near real-time QC between vessels and onshore installations, allowing clients to interactively control operations as they happen.  Complemented by massive onboard processing facilities, PGS can turn around large test volumes of 3D seismic data, using the full suite of processing technologies.  These capabilities allow PGS to provide clients with optimum data products in rapid time frames.
