Press Conference - PGS Selling its Onshore Seismic Business to Geokinetics

December 3, 2009: OSLO, NORWAY, Petroleum Geo-Services ASA ("PGS" or the "Company") will today host a press conference to inform about the disposal of its Onshore seismic business unit to Geokinetics. The press conference will take place at PGS' Headquarters at Strandveien 4, Lysaker and is scheduled to start at 3:30 pm Central European Time (CET).
