Tore Langballe Appointed PGS Senior Vice President Group Communications

PGS ASA announced today the appointment of Mr. Tore Langballe (41) as Senior Vice President Group Communications. Langballe comes from a position as SVP Corporate Communications and Investor Relations in Aker Yards ASA. Langballe will be responsible for PGS’ internal and external communications, including Investor Relations and Brand Management.  

Tore Langballe has a degree in Business Organization from Heriot Watt University. He has previously held positions as Investor Relations Officer in Norsk Hydro and head of Investor relations Aker Kværner before his current position in Aker Yards. Langballe succeeds Ola Bøsterud who resigned in December 2007, to take over a corresponding position in Aibel.  Tore Langballe will take up his new post in April.
