Jon Erik Reinhardsen (1956)
President and CEO
Mr. Reinhardsen joined PGS in April 2008 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his appointment at PGS, he was President, Global Primary Products Growth in Alcoa, developing and implementing major primary metal and refining growth opportunities worldwide. Mr. Reinhardsen came to Alcoa from Aker Kvaerner, an international contractor in the oil, gas, chemicals and polymers industry. As group executive vice president, based in Houston, Texas, he was responsible for all contracting operations outside of Europe and product businesses worldwide. Earlier, in Aker Maritime he was involved in merger and acquisition activities, new business development, marketing and sales, and investor relations. He also led Aker Geo a seismic venture that was later sold to CGG. Mr. Reinhardsen is a member of the board of directors of Oceaneering International, Inc. (since 2016), Borregaard ASA (since 2016), Telenor ASA (since 2014), and Awilhelmsen Management AS (since 2010). He has previously served on the board of directors of Cameron Int Corp (2009-2016), Hoegh Autoliners AS and Hoegh LNG Holdings Ltd (2006-2014). He holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Geophysics from the University of Bergen, Norway and in 1991 he completed the International Executive Program at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) Lausanne, Switzerland.
Gottfred Langseth (1966)

Mr. Langseth joined PGS in November 2003 and was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer January 1, 2004. He was Chief Financial Officer at the information technology company Ementor ASA from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Langseth was Senior Vice President Finance and Control at the offshore construction company Aker Maritime ASA from 1997 to 2000. He served with Arthur Andersen Norway from 1991 to 1997, qualifying as a Norwegian state authorized public accountant in 1993. Mr. Langseth has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
Rune O. Pedersen (1970)
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Pedersen joined PGS in October 2010 as General Counsel. In September 2014 he also became responsible for Group Communication, Strategic Customer Relations, and Marketing. His responsibilities were further expanded in September 2015 to include corporate development. Prior to joining PGS, Mr. Pedersen was, for more than four years, a partner in the law firm Arntzen de Besche and previous to that a lawyer and associate in the same firm. He started his career as a junior research fellow at the University of Oslo, and has also served as a deputy judge in a District Court of Norway. Mr. Pedersen is a non-executive director of Azimuth Ltd, and deputy non-executive director of the Norwegian Shipowners' Mutual War Risk Insurance Association. Mr. Pedersen earned his Law degree from the University of Oslo, and enhanced his expertise within European competition law with a post graduate diploma from Kings College London. In 2014 Mr. Pedersen earned an Executive MBA from London Business School.
Sverre Strandenes (1956)

Mr. Strandenes joined PGS in 1995 and has a very broad experience as a leader, having served in key management roles in technology, research, marketing, sales, and general management within the group, including Group President, Data Processing and Technology and President Marine Geophysical EAME Region. Prior to joining PGS, he was Manager of Geosciences with Norsk Hydro Research Centre. Mr. Strandenes graduated with a master's degree in Geophysics from the University of Bergen in 1981. Sverre Strandenes is currently Chairman of the Board at NORSAR
Magne Reiersgard (1961)
Executive Vice President Marine Contract
Mr. Reiersgard joined PGS at its inception in 1990 and has served in a number of key management roles within the PGS group worldwide, most notably as Vice President Marine Acquisition, President Marine Geophysical Asia Pacific Region, and President Marine Geophysical North and South America Region and Executive Vice President Operations, before assuming his current position as Executive Vice President Marine Contract. Prior to joining PGS, he held various management positions within the survey division of Geoteam AS. Since 2005 Magne has been a member of the Board of the International Association Geophysical Contractors (IAGC), he served as Chairman of IAGC in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Reiersgard holds a degree in electronics from Agder University, Norway and a business degree from BI Norwegian School of Management.
Guillaume Cambois (1964)

Mr. Cambois joined PGS in 2007, initially as senior advisor spearheading the deployment of GeoStreamer technology deployment. From March 2009 he acted as Marine President Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining PGS, Mr. Cambois spent 20 years with CGG where he held various management positions including Executive Vice President Data Processing and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Cambois is an active member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists where he served as Vice President in 2007-2008. Mr. Cambois holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Per Arild Reksnes (1957)
Executive Vice President Operations
Mr. Reksnes became EVP in April 2010, initially running the New Ventures area and then our Marine Contract business area, before taking overall responsibility for Operations. From 2007 - 2010 he was President for Europe, Africa, Middle East and CIS in PGS Marine. Previous to that he was variously, President for Technology, Vice President for Profiling and Marketing, and Vice President Technical Marketing. He joined PGS in 2001 from Norsk Hydro where he was employed for 16 years in a variety of geophysical and management positions, latterly in the position of Chief Professional in Geophysics. Mr. Reksnes holds a Master's degree in Applied Geophysics from the University of Oslo, and Master's degree in Technology Management from MIT/NTH.
