Using extensive PGS 2D and 3D data coverage in the adjacent blocks exploration in the deeper waters an appropriate 3D seismic survey was acquired to enhance exploration efforts.
Recent drilling and discoveries across the West Africa Transform Margin have derisked Late Cretaceous post-rift channel and fan systems in the deep water basin. High quality 3D data helps to understand reservoir distribution and allows for accurate mapping of a number of prospective features.
Advanced imaging techniques reduce uncertainty of prospects and leads by using GeoStreamer multi-sensor data which is rich in reliable low-frequency information, and deghosted by separating the recorded wavefields.
