Source intervals include syn-rift Lower-Cretaceous lacustrine shales of the Bucomazi Formation, post-rift marine shales of the Upper Cretaceous Iabe formation, Paleocene-Eocene Landana Formation and the Oligocene-Miocene Malembo Formation.
