SA Transkei 2018 2D GeoStreamer

PGS' most recent survey over South Africa's east coast complements the Transkei Basin survey of 2014
Website Map for Survey SAFR MC2D 2018
Transkei Basin is a little-explored frontier area and this dataset provides valuable insight into its potential prospectivity, furthering understanding of the uncertainties related to the identification and location of hydrocarbons.
This is a highly prospective area with multiple potential mature source rocks and good quality reservoirs located in channels and fans in the overlying Late Cretaceous.
GeoStreamer multisensor technology provides high-quality images for greater clarity, accuracy and reliability.
