This dataset provides explorers with insight into the underexplored Bali-Lombok Basin
Website Map for Survey Lombok Basin MC2D
PGS acquired 3 927 line km of MultiClient 2D (LB-07 & NL-09 MC2D) data located within the unexplored Bali-Lombok Basin. using long offset data to reveal the deep structures of the Ngimbang formation.
Paleocene to Eocene syn-rift clastics and reef/platform carbonates, Oligocene to Early Miocene carbonate buildups and folded anticlines, Middle to Late Miocene structural and structural and stratigraphic traps, and overlying Pliocene turbidite sands can be interpreted from the seismic.
The survey was acquired with 8 km streamer with recording to 12 sec and 9 sec to reveal the Ngimbang for the first time.
