The main objective of the survey is to improve the understanding of the stratigraphic framework of the M. australis reservoir in both a regional and local sense.
This data covers the Lewis Trough which is a thick Jurassic depocentre containing large volumes of mature, upper Jurassic Dingo Claystone Formation source rocks and is the SW extension of the Madeleine Trend down towards Barrow Island.
