GRVLIN2012 3D GeoStreamer

High definition data with broader frequency spectrum
Website Map for Survey MC3D-GRVLIN2012
Covering a mature area with numerous oil discoveries just south of the Sleipner field, this survey provides 3D coverage of the Maureen Shelf, Fisher Bank Basin and Thelma Terrace, extending onto the relatively underexplored Ling High in the Norwegian-Danish Basin.
The main petroleum system is characterized by a Jurassic source rock and individual Jurassic fluvial-deltaic to shallow marine sandstones and sub-marine fans of Paleocene age. These are sealed by intra Jurassic and Paleocene mudstones.
This GeoStreamer survey provides excellent high definition data quality over an area that previously only had conventional coverage. The broader frequency spectrum allows for better imaging of the deeper structures.
