PGS15002 3D GeoStreamer®

The Triple Junction
Website Map for Survey PGS15002
Covering a mature area with numerous oil and gas discoveries just south of the Sleipner field, this survey provides 3D coverage of the Ling Depression, Sleipner Terrace, Ve Sub-basin and extending into the Witch Ground Graben on the UK side of the border.
The main petroleum system is characterized by a Jurassic source rock and individual Jurassic fluvial-deltaic to shallow marine sandstones and sub-marine fans of Paleocene age. These are sealed by intra Jurassic and Paleocene mudstones.
This GeoStreamer dataset closes the gap between the MC3D-GRVLIN and MC3D-Q16U2012 surveys and is an invaluable tool to de-risk future exploration and extend production of existing fields. It also provides greater insight into the structural history and prospectivity of the area.
