This survey covers key UKCS producing fields such as Beryl, Bruce and Nevis, and highlights significant near-field upside potential and exploration targets. Extending on to the East Shetland Platform, this dataset clearly defines the basin structure and images structures under the platform itself.
The prospectivity of the area is extremely diverse and prolific. Existing fields range from Triassic-Jurassic structural closures to Eocene injectites in the depocenters. Further to traditional targets, clearly imaged Devonian structures and potential exist throughout the platform.
This GeoStreamer true broadband dataset was acquired with 50 m cable separation, making it perfect for near-field exploration, or those seeking to increase recovery from existing fields. With AVO-compliant processing and excellent prestack fidelity, this an invaluable tool for future exploration.
