MC3D-EL1135 3D GeoStreamer®

Highly prospective under-explored area with exciting new discoveries and world-class oil production
Website Map for Survey MC3D-EL1135
Flemish Pass Basin is one of the most promising deepwater exploration arenas in the world, frontier acreage adjacent to recent discoveries as Bay du Nord, Mizzen, Harpoon, and oil-gas fields as Hibernia, White Rose, Terra Nova and Hebron. Transparent fiscal terms and a predictable land-sale policy.
Main exploration targets are Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous fluvial to shallow marine sandstones reservoirs sourced by prolific oil-prone Late Jurassic marine shales. A mainly extensional margin provides large structural traps and thick regional seals.
Long offset (8100m) Geostreamer® dual-sensor technology delivering receiver deghosted 3D seismic data. Product ready for delivery 2nd quarter 2016
