Newfoundland - North Eastern and Eastern Regions 2D GeoStreamer
Highly prospective under-explored area with world-class oil production and exciting new discoveries

Eastern Canada is one of the most promising deepwater exploration arenas in the world. Frontier acreage is available in an area with planned fields, transparent fiscal terms and a predictable land-sale policy. This survey is close to oil discoveries like Bay du Nord, Mizzen, Harpoon, Hibernia.
Main exploration targets are Late Jurassic fluvial sandstones, in faulted terrain with Cretaceous & Cenozoic basin floor fans, sourced by the prolific oil-prone Egret Member (Kimmeridgian) source rock and younger shales.
Long offset multi-sensor technology has delivered ghost free 2D seismic data.
