FlexR XI 3D

Full volume 3D depth migration reprocessing project providing multiple depth products
Website Map for Survey FlexR XI
The Flex Trend is a contiguous area covering ~1500 OCS blocks, comprised of ten individual PSDM projects, reprocessed from 19 baseline surveys.
Exploration efforts on the shelf have historically focused on shallow targets. FlexR reveals significant further exploration potential in the lower Miocene deep gas play. Depth imaging is required due to the presence of salt.
The FlexR reprocessing project provides an updated inventory of detailed 3D seismic imaging over the Flex Trend. Better salt and subsalt imaging and enhanced fault definition are achieved through detailed velocity modeling, Kirchhoff, and wave equation prestack depth migration.
