January 5, 2016: Oslo, Norway, PGS routinely releases information about 3D vessel utilization after the end of each quarter.

The Q4 2015 vessel allocation excludes the cold-stacked vessels Ramform Challenger, Ramform Explorer from early October, Ramform Valiant from second half of October and Ramform Viking from late October. The excluded cold-stacked capacity corresponds to 30% of total 3D vessel capacity in the quarter and 35% at quarter end.

PGS will release its Q4 2015 financial results on Monday February 15, 2016, at approximately 8:00 am Central European Time (CET). A corresponding presentation, webcast and conference call are scheduled for 9:00 am CET the same day, followed by an additional conference call at 3:00 pm CET.
