Last week, New Zealand’s government removed the ban on offshore exploration that has been in place since 2018. PGS has regional coverage and high-grade GeoStreamer 3D ready for evaluation.

“Natural gas is critical to keeping our lights on and our economy running, especially during peak electricity demand and when generation dips because of more intermittent sources like wind, solar and hydro,” revealed New Zealand’s Resources Minister earlier this week as he announced plans for renewed exploration efforts.
