The Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 November 2022 at 10:00 hrs CET, will be held virtually and be available online via “Lumi AGM”.
All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask questions from smartphones, tablets and PC. It will also be possible to sign in and follow the meeting as a guest. Guests will not be able to vote on the items and will not have the possibility to ask questions.
Registration is not required to participate online, but shareholders must be logged in before the meeting starts. If you are not logged in before the general meeting starts, you will not be able to attend. Login starts one hour before.
Shareholders prevented from participating in the virtual meeting may be represented by proxy and may vote in advance.
