This session will be highly valuable for companies currently developing opportunities on the shelf, or aiming to participate in the next phase of the Congo License Round.
The webinar will start with an introduction to the Congo Coastal Basin and an overview of recent activities. We will then look at the upcoming License Round covering the shelfal blocks, with a review of the data currently available, as well as the structures and plays these datasets reveal.
The session will conclude with a preview of PGS plans to address future exploration and development objectives with the acquisition of a Simultaneous Long Offset, MultiClient GeoStreamer® 3D survey across the entire Congo Shelf. We will look at the processing and imaging techniques that will be deployed and how they could uncover new and bigger rewards.
