PGS will be attending EGYPS 2023 to exhibit our high-quality seismic data and MultiClient coverage in the eastern Mediterranean, in particular offshore Egypt. We will have seismic displays to highlight the superior data quality. Our experts will illustrate the geology and potential prospectivity in the area. The PGS 2D and 3D seismic data enable exploration and production in Egypt, opening the door for companies to enter and invest in the region.
A technical talk at EGYPS (SESSION 9) by Dr Mark Hamilton (PGS) & Dr Abdel Hamid El Gewaily (EGAS) will highlight the benefits of PGS’ MultiClient seismic data in Egypt’s west Mediterranean Sea. Seismic imaging in areas with complex geology and strong velocity changes is challenging, however, using high-end depth imaging workflows enables explorers to gain a vital understanding of the geology and prospectivity. This data has a crucial role to play in generating interest and delivering success offshore Egypt.
