PGS has a 20-year track record in Indonesia. Last year the seismic vessel MV Apollo completed a 2 800 sq. km MultiClient 3D survey in North Madura and it is currently acquiring a 4 500 sq. km survey in West Timor. In a busy schedule, it will then sail to South Makassar as part of a wider campaign in the country.
True broadband, dual-sensor GeoStreamer® technology uses the full wavefield to produce unrivaled seismic imagery. Our latest MultiClient data may help to identify new plays within the deeper subsurface or reveal opportunities in areas that have traditionally suffered from poor imaging.
PGS is working very closely with MIGAS with a view to incorporating new areas of 3D MultiClient seismic for future license rounds.
We look forward to talking with delegates at Indonesia's biggest oil and gas conference about the technology, the data and the opportunities these create.
