The PGS data library offers excellent coverage for the parcels offered in the Calls for Bids, announced 18 April 2023 by the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB).

Access to high resolution GeoStreamer 3D data over available areas will enable the necessary evaluations to prepare bids within the deadline of 1 November 2023.

“PGS has been investing in Canada, in collaboration with TGS, for over a decade and our GeoStreamer data has become a mainstay for exploration teams who want to de-risk and better understand the area. We have great coverage  for parcels included in the 2023 call for bids,” says Sriram Arasanipalai, Canada Area Manager at PGS.

Eastern Newfoundland | Blomidon

The Blomidon 3D survey covers 3 526 sq. km, including Tertiary and Cretaceous leads on open acreage that is included in the Eastern Newfoundland call for bids.

South-Eastern Newfoundland | South Bank

Our South Bank 3D provides 2 635 sq. km of broadband 3D in an area with a huge Tertiary fan system. Open acreage is included in the South-Eastern Newfoundland call for bids.
