Congratulations to Stian Hegna, who has received the 2023 Guido Bonarelli Award for the best oral paper presented at the 83rd EAGE Annual Conference & Exhibition 2022.
The award was announced today in Vienna during the Opening Session of the 84th EAGE Annual Conference & Exhibition.
Stian Hegna, a geophysical advisor within the R&D team at PGS, is one of the company's most published and Norway's most patented technical experts. He was recognized for his paper entitled: The acoustic wavefield generated by a vessel sailing on top of a streamer spread.
Guido Bonarelli Award Award is made for Best Oral Presentation at the EAGE Annual Conference in the calendar year preceding the Award.
