“This year’s APA once again encourages exploration of nearfield opportunities, with blocks close to existing infrastructure. GeoStreamer data is ideal for detailed evaluation of mature areas – the data allows accurate definition of subsurface uncertainties and confident risk analysis,” says Christopher Schou Watts, VP Data Sales Europe.
GeoStreamer datasets in the Norwegian and North Sea, including the latest GeoStreamer X coverage in the Viking Graben, offer an excellent platform for the effective exploration of untapped opportunities in the mature parts of the Norwegian continental shelf.
PGS plans new GeoStreamer acquisition on the NCS in 2021, with GeoStreamer multisensor data, expertly preprocessed and imaged using the latest technology and tailored workflows, to help companies spot hidden targets, rank and further derisk their exploration on NCS.
