This survey is part of 22,469 sq. km of contiguous 3D coverage delineating play fairways from the underexplored Orphan Basin.
Exploration targets include Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous fluvial to shallow marine sandstone reservoirs sourced by prolific oil-prone Late Jurassic marine shales. Potential reservoirs from Lower Cretaceous to Lower Tertiary are stratigraphically positioned above the Kimmeridgian source rock.
GeoStreamer broadband data helps generate high fidelity prestack seismic attributes in the Tertiary section which makes identifying stratigraphy and possible fluid effects easy.
